Whole Wheat Pasta

Whole-wheat pasta is a complex carbohydrate and is more nutrition rich than white pasta. It has fewer calories and more fiber than regular pasta, it fills you up faster so you don’t eat as much pasta. It can also be counted towards your daily whole grain requirements.

If you can’t make the leap just yet to whole wheat or whole grain, at least try the enriched pastas. There are many options available.
