Cheesy Asparagus

This versatile recipe takes little time to prepare and will complement almost any entrée. I make these with my Fish Under Wraps (from My Italian Kitchen, page 61), and dinner is on the table in 20 minutes. Nutritional Note: Asparagus is a good source of calcium and iodine and an excellent source of folic acid. P.S. Slightly thicker asparagus works best in this recipe.
