TZATZIKI SAUCE

You'll want to eat it immediately, but do refrigerate for a little while to let the flavors meld together. Either way this sauce is delicious! Light but creamy, it works beautifully with my lamb burger, or use it as a dip with baked pita chips, dressing for cucumber, tomato, olive and red onion salad.
