Some of my best memories are cooking with the whole family...Mom, Dad, and brother...the kids...my aunts, uncles, and cousins. Seems I've been cooking with one cousin, Anthony Marciona, since we were babies! We both share a great passion - like our mothers - to cook with love, and there's nothing more enjoyable than spending time together in the kitchen. We do have slightly different viewpoints: I cook with good health in mind, and Anthony, well, it's more about eat what you want. That's okay...we always find common ground!
